Patuxai is a war memorial in the heart of Vientiane, Laos, which was constructed between 1957 and 1968. The Patuxai is dedicated to those who fought in the battle for independence from France

Around 12pm all gear up to continue our ride. This was our first day riding on the Laos road with traffic on the right side like USA.. We headed up to Vang Vien using route 13. After 10 km out of Vientiane the V-Strom v-twin engine experiencing some hiccup  with only one piston running. It took 1hr to find the culprit and turned out to be lose air hose from air filter to throttle body fix it and on the road again.

Ignore the video date

The road condition deteriorates immediately afterward with uncountable deep potholes, loose gravel and oil spill, dust all over whenever oncoming traffic pass by and it's reducing our visibility. In the end, our riding gear and the bike full... Covered with dust.

Laos style R&R
After 3-4 hours on the bike... 170km negotiating the road  we reached Vang Vien, a new experience for the riders and those on a dual purpose bike are home on this poor road condition and enjoying it.
ASH TRAY...

Another enjoyable night in Laos.......
